👤 Biographies

    Shi Zhuoyong was born in China in 2001. Following his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering (2022, 2025), he was awarded a fully funded Research Scholarship to pursue a PhD in Science at the National University of Singapore under the supervision of Prof. Liu Xiaogang, a Fellow of the Singapore National Academy of Science.
    His research focuses on building bridges between intelligent sensing and physical modeling to digitize the dynamic states of humans, machines, and environments.His broader research interests include flexible electronic systems, machine learning, pattern recognition, data fusion, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and mathematical modeling. He has published over ten SCI-indexed papers, and his works span from wearable sensing and human digital twins to UAV swarm intelligence and environmental reconstruction.(Google Scholar)

  • In this paper, a wearable device is designed for table tennis players. It enables the recognition and evaluation of athletes’ professional movement skills. It is mainly based on pattern recognition technology to realise the recognition of athletes’ movement skills, and at the same time assesses athletes’ movement skills based on a hierarchical evaluation system. It uses artificial intelligence technology to achieve the functions of monitoring recognition and skill assessment of athletes’ motor skills.
